Kilbarron Terryglass Historical Society host Mr..Caimin O’Brien, Archelogist with The National Monuments Service of Ireland, on Friday February 10th at 8pm in Terryglass Hall.  Caimin will speak on ‘The Art of the Headstones in Kilbarron Old Graveyard’
This is a very interesting insight into the art work on the headstones in all graveyards and shown through 3D imaging.  Admission on the night is €5

ALONE :  Join Nenagh & Ballina-Killaloe Dementia Café online, Tuesday 14th February at 11am with guest speaker Orla Regan from ALONE.

Orla will be talking through the practical supports and services available to people over 60 at ALONE, along with how to make a referral/who can refer in; their Befriending services and Telephone Support; how they help with issues in finance, housing, access to health services, help with hospital discharge, social prescribing and assistive Technology that might benefit people living alone or being cared for in their own home.  To join this free event online, please email ballinakillaloe.dementiacafe@gmail.com
