SILVER ARCH FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRE are delighted to offer free Health Talks on what it means to be healthy and looks at topics such as nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, social contact, self worth, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.  These are delivered by Neil Dennehy from Health Matters.  Health Talk for Men takes place in Silver Arch Training Room in 52 Silver Street on Thurs7th Sept from 5pm to 7pm with light refreshments available.  Health Talk for Women takes place in Tyone Community Centre on Thurs 14th Sept from 5pm to 7pm with light refreshments.  Booking is essential as spaces are limited – call Silver Arch FRC at 067-31800.
