Holy Week Ceremonies in Our Parish

HOLY WEEK CEREMONIES IN OUR PARISH

PENETENTIAL SERVICE – in Borrisokane Church for Cois Derige Cluster on Monday 25th March at 7.30pm, led by Fr. Tom Corbett, Roscrea. Please come along and celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation as part of our preparation for Easter. There will also be a Penetential Service this Sunday, March 24th in St. Mary’s, Nenagh at 5pm.

Holy Thursday – Terryglass: 7.30pm. The Mass of the Lord’s Supper:
This is an invitation to hear the call of Jesus to serve His people, as He Himself did, by giving His whole life in love to us and His Father. Adoration at the Altar of Repose after Mass.

Good Friday – Kilbarron: 3pm. Celebration of the Lord’s Passion:
This is an invitation to see that the Lord Jesus is still suffering in the suffering of His people.

Good Friday – Terryglass: 7pm. Stations of the Cross.
This is a quiet reflection as we gather around the Cross on this sacred evening. We will walk the way of the Cross outside on the Little Wood Trail.

Holy Saturday – Kilbarron 8pm. Easter Vigil.
This is the high point of our Easter Tridium and is an invitation to be always hopeful in Christ’s suffering and victory.

Easter Sunday. Dawn Mass: Skehana (Play area) 6.30am.
For safety and convenience of parking please come in by Coolbawn and home by Luska. This Mass will replace the 9.30am. Mass in Kilbarron.

Easter Sunday Morning Mass – Terryglass: 11am.
