Act of Spiritual Communion

Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Eucharist.                                    I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my life. Since I cannot receive you Sacramentally, come Spiritually into my life, so that I may unite myself fully with you now and forever.  Amen.

(You are invited to say this prayer at Communion time as you listen to the Mass in your home.)
