Next Sunday is Mission Sunday

“The theme proposed by Pope Francis for this year’s world mission Sunday is: – “TOGETHER WE CAN DO MORE – Blessed are the Peacemakers.”

Missionaries are already always in the frontline in countries that have water crises, poverty, hunger and disease.

We are reminded of the 1,000 Irish Missionaries who at this point in time of Covid 19 still serve in 70 countries.

On this Mission Sunday Pope Francis again appeals for your support by praying for missionaries and showing solidarity with the help of a mission donation. Many thanks for your continued support.”

OCTOBER – Month of Rosary

O Mary of graces and mother of Christ

O may you direct me and guide me aright.

O may you protect me from Satan’s control

And may you protect me in body and soul.

O may you protect me by land and by sea,

And may you protect me from sorrows to be;

A strong guard of angels above me provide;

May God be before me and God at my side.             Amen.
