SHANNON ROVERS CAMOGIE
This year the Shannon Rovers Camogie club will celebrate its 25th year. To mark this event the club would like to create a club calendar. While the club is celebrating its 25th year, there were previous Shannon Rover camogie teams. The first team was formed in 1958. We would like the calendar to feature current players but also players who played with the Rovers going back to the 1950’s. We plan to organise a photoshoot in the field where we want everyone that played camogie for the Shannon Rovers to come together. It is important that we make contact with every past player. If you can help in any way please contact any of the following – Helen Fox 087 2074377, Tess Burke 087 9401921, Kathy Slattery 086 3475921 or Helen Brennan 087 6419091. Information that would be useful includes, when you played, who else was on your team, who were the mentors at that time etc. All information would be greatly appreciated.
