TERRYGLASS ARTS FESTIVAL
The 15th Terryglass Arts Festival has been a resounding success with an enormous attendance. It really was the place to be last weekend. A huge crowd attended the opening ceremony on Wednesday and thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. A big attendance came out on Friday evening to Terryglass Church to appreciate the beautiful classical sounds of violinist Vladimir and his musicians.
The Saturday night events at the Quay were superb. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the colourful display of fireworks and the entertainments.
As on previous occasions the Sunday Family Fun Day was very well received with an array of entertainments, music and exhibitions to suit all tastes and ages.
The large programme of diverse workshops was booked to capacity, this feature of the festival draws a very large number of people from a wide area.
Well done to the committee and many helpers, you put on an extremely organised and entertaining festival.
