SYMPATHY
We extend our deepest sympathy to Maureen Murphy, Drominagh on the recent death of her sister Kitty Kirk in England. May she rest in peace.

KILBARRON GROUP WATER SCHEME
The group’s AGM takes place on Monday July 10th at 8.30pm in the Small Hall. All members are invited to attend.

Kilbarron Terryglass Historical SOCIETY
The Historical Society have organised the following two events for the coming week – Field Trip to Ashley Park lead by Danny Grace on Monday evening 10th July 2017 at 7.15pm sharp.  Meeting outside Ardcroney Catholic Church as car pooling will be necessary. Refreshments after the tour. Cost €5 with booking essential. For booking call 087-2074377 or any committee member.
The Historical Society are holding an event at Molamphy’s Shop in Coolbawn on Saturday July 8th from 10am -2pm where you can bring your old photo to have it scanned and archived for future generations. Members of the society will be on hand to record any information you may have about the image. For more information contact  087-2074377.

CHURCH NEWS
FIRST FRIDAY – July 7th .
Masses in Kilbarron at 9am and Terryglass at 8pm preceded by Adoration : 7pm. Benediction : 7.50pm
Confessions will be available before both Masses.
MUSIC MINISTRY TOGETHER
A 5 day course learning new music and about the ministry of music. This will be held in the Cisitercian College, Roscrea from August 8th to 13th. For further information and booking please contact Therese Flynn 087 6790336.

BALLINDERRY SPORTSFIELD LOTTO
The weekly Lotto goes to the continued upkeep and maintenance of the Pavilion and Sportsfield. We are asking that all parents, guardians and players over 18 years would contribute €2 per week to the Lotto, either to the officers of each club each week, or if you wish you may pay by ‘Top Up’ – yearly, 6 monthly or on a monthly basis.  Please contact Marcella at 087 6879502 to arrange this facility.

BINGO
There is Bingo every Monday in Terryglass Community Hall at 8.30pm sharp organised by the Shannon Rovers GAA Club with great money prizes, including an excellent Jackpot. The prizes are excellent with €15, €20 for a line and two lines respectively and full houses now range from €50, €70, €100 and €120. There is a flyer for €150 each week and the full house if the jackpot isn’t won is €100. Buses are available from the surrounding area i.e. Nenagh, Ardcroney, Borrisokane, Ballinderry and Ballingarry/Rathcabbin/Lorrha/Carrigahorig/ Terryglass.
